Julian Hennessy is Projects Director, Development & Construction at Telehouse Europe, where he oversees both major and minor works across the Campuses within the United Kingdom. With a background in mechanical engineering and over 20 years of experience spanning engineering, construction, and data centre delivery, Julian plays a key role in driving sustainable, high-performance projects at scale. Before joining Telehouse in 2021, he managed major builds for leading construction firms, contributing to several high-profile data centre campuses. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering & Renewable Energies from the Technological University of the Shannon. At Telehouse, he has overseen transformative projects including the retrofit of Telehouse South - a key initiative in extending the lifecycle of existing assets while improving energy efficiency and environmental performance.
